Configuring the Call History Tab

The Call History tab allows you to view (Users and Administrators) and configure (Administrators) historical reporting. Personal historical reporting offers a web-based view of your telephone call activity. Contact your system administrator for the web address to log in to view your historical reporting. All calls for your extension are listed along with call information such as caller ID, the time and date of the call, and the duration. Following is a screen shot of the historical reporting.
